Olena Bizyaeva

Chief Legal and GR Officer effective

Olena Biziaieva began her career at the company in 2000 as a legal counsel. The main focus of her work was to ensure the legal protection of the company’s economic and property interests before commercial and administrative courts.

During 2011–2020, while holding the position of Head of the Contract Management Division, Olena Biziaieva implemented a standardized contract management system at PJSC ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih. In addition, she provided comprehensive legal support for a large-scale greenfield project to establish a separate oxygen production facility, including the incorporation of new legal entities, in particular with the participation of foreign capital.

In 2016, Olena Biziaieva obtained the Business Law Certificate from the London School of Business and Finance.

In January 2020, by decision of the Bar Council of the Dnipropetrovsk Region, she received a certificate granting her the right to practice law.

In 2022, Olena Biziaieva also obtained a corporate secretary qualification in the field of corporate governance and was appointed by the Supervisory Board of PJSC ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih as the company’s Corporate Secretary.

In 2022, Olena Biziaieva was appointed Chief Legal Counsel of PJSC ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih, and in the spring of 2023, she became Head of the Legal and Government Affairs Department. In this position, she ensured the legal protection of the interests and position of AMKR, as well as successful cooperation and constructive dialogue with representatives of state self-government bodies.

The company’s Social Development Department was additionally included in Olena Biziaieva’s area of responsibility effective 1 August 2025.

On 1 July 2026, Olena Biziaieva was appointed Chief Legal and Government Affairs Officer. In this position, she is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s legal strategy, ensuring comprehensive legal support for the company’s operational activities, coordinating the social development function, as well as building and maintaining effective interaction with state authorities, local self-government bodies, relevant ministries, and industry associations.
