Corporate secretary of PJSC ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih

On May 26, 2023 Olena Bizyaeva was appointed the Director of Legal and Government Relations Department.

Olena Bizyaeva also holds the position of the Corporate Secretary of PJSC ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih.

Olena Bizyaeva started her career in 2000 as a legal counsel and later held the positions of Head of Contractual and Foreign Affairs Division, Chief Legal Officer, and in January 2021 was appointed as the Chief Legal Officer of PJSC ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih.

She has a license to practice law and has qualified as a Corporate Secretary in Corporate Governance.

She is responsible for providing legal support for all types of activities and coordinating interaction with government agencies.

Olena Bizyaeva graduated from the Kyiv National Economic University majoring in Law and was qualified as a lawyer.
