Jozsef Csapo was appointed as Director for Strategy, Planning and Transformation from May 25, 2020.

Mr. Csapo has 12 years of work experience in multinational industrial companies, such as Wittenstein, Tenaris, Interpipe, and ArcelorMittal. He is closely familiar with business cultures of the United States, Germany, Romania, Nigeria, Ukraine, and Saudi Arabia.

He started his career in 2008 as a trainee at the global headquarters of Wittenstein AG in Germany. From 2008 to 2015 he worked in Tenaris company that is a global manufacturer and supplier of steel pipes for the energy industry. His responsibilities in Tenaris Silcotub in Romania included coordinating the industrial planning team, elaborating production standards, and generating improvement opportunities. In 2012, he was appointed as Economic and Financial Planning Coordinator in Nigeria with the aim to integrate the local Tenaris facilities into the corporate management system and train the planning team. In 2018 Jozsef Csapo joined ArcelorMittal Tubular Products in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, as Head of Strategy and Development. His main activities were development and implementation of the IMC system, and improvement of production planning and capacity allocation. He initiated and coordinated strategic projects, successfully managed Engineering and Investments Department, coordinated and controlled CAPEX allocation and execution.

He received his BA in Industrial Economical Engineering and MA in Management and Systems Engineering from Technical University of Cluj-Napoca. In 2017 he obtained his PhD degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the same University.
