Chief Operating Officer (Steel Plant)
Serhiy Oleksandrovych Lavrinenko was appointed as Chief Operating Officer (Steel Plant) of PJSC ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih, effective July 15, 2021.
Serhiy Lavrinenko started his career in 1995 as electrician in Networks and Substations shop at Azovstal steel plant, where he later became the Chief Power Engineer. Then he worked as Deputy, Head of Central electrotechnical laboratory, Chief Engineer of the Chief Power Engineer Department, in 2013 he headed this department.
Serhiy Oleksandrovych has been working at PJSC ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih since 2014. He held the position of Deputy Director of Energy Department for Technology, in February 2019 he was appointed as Director of Energy Department – Chief Power Engineer. Since October 31, 2019 Serhiy Lavrinenko has worked as Chief Engineer of Operations Administration.
Serhiy Oleksandrovych is responsible for management of production processes and coordinates the activities of structural divisions of PJSC ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih. Serhiy Lavrinenko graduated from Pryazovskyi State Technical University in 2003 with a degree in Electrical Power Consumption Systems (Mariupol).
