Yevhenii Shydlovskyi

Chief Occupational Health and Safety Officer

Yevhenii Shydlovskyi was born on March 4, 1983.

He received his first degree and a master’s diploma in Metallurgy with a specialization in Ferrous Metallurgy from the National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine.

He obtained his second degree as a specialist in Quality, Standardization, and Certification at the National Aerospace University Kharkiv Aviation Institute.

In 2019, Yevhenii got an MBA (Master of Business Administration) degree from the International Institute of Business.

Yevhenii Shydlovskyi has been working for PJSC ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih for over 20 years. He began his career at the company as a wagon tippler operator at Refractory and Lime Shop, and has worked as a gasman, process engineer, chief manager of sintering and blast furnace production, and head of Technical Department.

As Chief Occupational Health and Safety Officer of the Occupational Health and Safety Department at PJSC ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih, Yevhenii Shydlovskyi focuses his efforts on developing a proactive safety culture in line with the principles and standards of ArcelorMittal. In his current role, he is responsible for implementing the best international practices in professional risk management and strengthening leadership in health and safety at all levels of the production process.
