Our company ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih is welcoming all students and graduates from the whole Ukraine. We offer you not just an internship but an opportunity to become part of international team No. 1 in Ukraine and lay solid foundations for your career.

Each year we provide internships for over 1000 students coming not only from Kryvyi Rih but from the whole Ukraine.

At present, we offer two formats of preparation, which will be helpful in laying foundations for real professionalism during the internship time.

1. Online internship: the first one in Ukraine and accessible to everyone

We are proud to become the first company in Ukraine to implement an online internship format even for learning trades.

Since February 24, 2022, we have stopped our traditional internship in the workplace.

We have created a cool alternative instead, that is our online internship!

  • Personal approach: we have developed 29 various learning courses for different types of internships, fields of specialization, and educational institutions. You can find a course best suited for your learning profile.
  • Accessibility without limits: an internship at AMKR is available to any students regardless of their age, specialization or location.
  • Acknowledgement of your achievements: having successfully completed a course, you are granted an official internship certificate, which would serve as a solid confirmation of your proficiency in your CV.

2. Offline internship: paid experience and confident growth

Important note: a practical internship in the workplaces offline is available only for the company’s interns or participants of our Nova Fabryka project combining elements of dual education.

Main advantages of the offline format:

  • Paid internship: we value your contribution, that’s why you get wages for your internship. This is your first money earned at a big company.
  • Custom learning program: contrary to an average case with internships, we provide all our students with personal professional learning programs. You will get clear information on skills that you will acquire in your step-by-step journey along a consistent learning path.
  • From mentorship to “sailing your own course”: You won’t be left to deal with problems on your own. You will start by performing all the operations under an experienced mentor’s close supervision. After gradually developing the necessary skills, you will be getting more independent until you feel confident enough to cast off and sail your own course.

You will see the work routine “as is, unfiltered”: we will teach you everything, from the very basics to the complicated processes. Although you may have to start by assisting with documents and reports or by preparing tools and setting up equipment, we will teach you to do this for yourself with real understanding of all the whys and hows, as understanding occupational health and safety, reporting, and equipment preparation, surely, form the basis for managing an international giant.
