Andrzej Wieslaw Wypych took on leadership of Administration for HR, Corporate Communications and European Integration of PJSC ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih effective September 01, 2023.

In this position Mr. Wypych is in charge of managing and reforming HR management system and employee incentive program in line with the European standards as well as building positive engagement of the stakeholders including company employees, residents of Kryvyi Rih, mass media etc.

Prior to this appointment, Andrzej Wypych was a member of the Supervisory Board of ArcelorMittal Poland. He has profound experience in building HR management systems at different plants within the Group including ArcelorMittal Temirtau. Before that Mr. Wypych worked in different positions at International Paper company.

Andrzej Wypych graduated from Gdańsk University of Technology (Poland) with a degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation and was awarded the qualification of electric engineer. He also has the second higher education with a degree in HR Management.
