Blacklisting (disqualification) of suppliers

Shall take place based on the results of assessing the KPIs of suppliers in the course of their performing the contractual obligations, as well as considering the criteria listed below:

  • Supplying poor quality products or rendering poor quality services and/or works;
  • Failure to meet the deadlines and volumes of supply or provision of services and/or works;
  • Violation of health and safety rules on AMKR territory;
  • Refusal to sign the Agreement and /or complying with the terms specified during the tender;
  • Affiliated companies participating in the same tender;
  • Violation of business conduct principles both between Suppliers/Vendors who are bidders and between Suppliers and AMKR staff (collusion, bribery, fraud);
  • Analysis of judicial practice (taking into account court cases against the supplier);
  • Auditors' recommendations based on the results of the revealed facts of contract breaches;
  • Passive participation in tenders during the current year;
  • Other (following the decision of Company management).
